SENTINEL CONTROL PANEL

Advanced learning system continuously adjusts to weather, bedding, and manure changes by recalculating the amount of energy required to clean on every cycle.

  • Patz innovative patented Auto-Tensioning option
    Superior sensitivity – programmable BUMP feature.
  • Advanced “Patz Remote Notification” emails and/or text messages operator(s) with scraper status and service updates. Transmits updates following corrective service.

POCKET SPROCKET

Pocket sprocket cradles the chain, effectively driving it in forward or reverse. The IntelliChain II is connected to the reducer with a tapered bushing.  The IntelliChain HD and MAX are splined hubs and the sprocket bolts to it.  They are easy to replace and available in five different colored stages for easy identification.

DRIVE UNIT CONFIGURATIONS

Drive unit foot wheels can be placed in straight, corner, parallel, or offset mounting formations for layout flexibility and space savings. Steel housing encloses through-hardened drive unit foot wheels for safety and protection. Foot wheels feature sleeve bearings for longer life.

SCRAPERS
FOLDING V SCRAPER

Low-profile scraper wings and folding design allow easy passage for animals and equipment.  Cleans alleys 64″ – 174″ wide.

FOLDING ANGLED TIP-UP SCRAPER

Wings pivot to follow wall tightly for better cleaning; blades tip up and the wings pivot inward on reverse movement. Suitable for alleys with widths from 84″ – 192″ (2.1-4.9 m).

VERSA FOLDING V-SCRAPER

This versatile, low-profile scraper is available in: 6, 8, 10, 12, and 14 foot sizes.  Cleans 64″ – 174″ wide alleys with widths.  Choose from three economical, replaceable blade edges: AR400 steel, rubber, or urethane.

CORNER WHEEL OPTIONS

Corner wheel options are available to accommodate various barn designs and bedding applications.

PATZ® CHAIN

Made of 1/2″ (13mm) hardened steel, the Patz Chain withstands the stress and friction of contact between links and concrete alleys.  Chain can be ordered in a variety of lengths for splice-free installation.
